Terms of Service
KaushalStack Technologies · Last updated 14 September 2026
Draft under review. Payments are in test mode and no charges are made while this notice is shown; the final policy will be published before live payments begin.
1. The service
KaushalStack Technologies provides KaushalStack Connections ("the Service"): a web application that links a WhatsApp account as a read-only linked device and turns its contacts, groups and message metadata into a searchable relationship map for an organisation ("the Customer"). Each organisation's data is isolated from other customers and served at the organisation's own address on the connections.kaushalstack.com domain.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The person who creates an organisation confirms they are authorised to act for it and is responsible for the members they invite. Each member links their own WhatsApp account by scanning a code on that device; controlling the number is the sign-in. Recovery codes must be kept confidential.
3. Plans, trial and payment
Plans (Starter, Growth, Advanced) are priced in Indian Rupees excluding GST, added at the applicable rate and shown before payment. Every organisation starts with 30 free days during which nothing is charged; a payment mandate is authorised at sign-up so the first charge can happen when the free period ends. The monthly plan is charged in advance every month through that mandate until cancelled. The yearly plan is a single advance payment for twelve months and does not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Razorpay; KaushalStack Technologies does not store card, UPI or bank details.
4. Plan features and allowances
Each plan includes the features, number of WhatsApp accounts and monthly allowances (lead-finder queries, network analyses, exports) published on the pricing page. Requests beyond an allowance are declined until the window resets; there is no overage billing. KaushalStack Technologies may adjust allowances with notice.
5. What the Service does and does not do with WhatsApp
The Service links as a device using an unofficial WhatsApp client and reads the account's history and ongoing traffic as a linked device would. It never sends messages, never contacts anyone on a member's behalf and provides no bulk-messaging feature. WhatsApp's own terms apply to each member's use of WhatsApp, and WhatsApp may disconnect or restrict a number it detects on unofficial software; that risk rests with the number's owner and the Customer, and KaushalStack Technologies recommends linking company-owned WhatsApp Business numbers rather than personal ones. Linking uses one of the number's linked-device slots and can be revoked at any time from WhatsApp's Linked Devices screen, which stops all further reading.
6. Whose network it is: members broker, owners do not browse
A linked account's network belongs to the member who linked it. Each member sees only their own network. The organisation owner sees who has linked an account and how much has synced — never that member's contacts, scores or messages, and no aggregate of them. When another member needs an introduction, the Service tells them only that a teammate has a strong connection and notifies that teammate, who decides whether to reveal the name or make the introduction. A member may opt in to wider visibility for their own network. Members are shown these facts and confirm them before they scan, and the Customer is responsible for having each member's agreement to link.
7. Cancellation and lapse
The Customer may cancel at any time from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails or a period ends without renewal, full access continues for a 7-day grace period, after which the organisation is paused: members cannot sign in and nothing is served on its address; linked devices keep mirroring in the background so no history is lost; the owner can still sign in, see the reason, export all data and pay to restore access immediately. Data is never deleted because of non-payment.
8. Customer data and responsibilities
The Customer owns its data and is the data fiduciary for the personal data of its members' contacts under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. KaushalStack Technologies processes that data only to provide the Service, under the Customer's instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for using the relationship map lawfully — in particular, not for unsolicited bulk marketing.
9. AI-derived content
Relationship scores, topic tags and search rankings are derived automatically from the Customer's data and can be wrong. They are aids to judgement, not facts about a person; the Customer reviews them before acting.
10. Availability, support and liability
KaushalStack Technologies aims to keep the Service available continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and cannot guarantee WhatsApp's continued support of linked devices. Support is by email at admin@kaushalstack.com. To the extent permitted by law, KaushalStack Technologies's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination and data export
Either party may end the agreement at the end of a paid period. The Customer can export its data from the Service at any time, on every plan, including while paused. On request, KaushalStack Technologies deletes the organisation's data promptly on confirmation (a recovery archive is kept for 24 hours), except where retention is required by law. Members can unlink their WhatsApp at any time.
12. Changes and governing law
KaushalStack Technologies may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at KaushalStack Technologies's registered location having jurisdiction.
