Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free period
Every organisation starts with 30 free days. Nothing is charged during that time. Cancel from Billing before it ends and you pay nothing at all.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing. The monthly mandate stops at the end of the current billing month; a yearly plan simply does not renew. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
- Monthly plan: fees for a month that has started are not refunded. Cancel before the next charge date to avoid the next month.
- Yearly plan: a full refund is available within 14 days of the first payment. After that, unused months are not refunded.
- Plan changes: moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next period. Neither is refunded pro rata.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full once identified.
Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. To request one, email admin@kaushalstack.com with your invoice number.
